Tony Moncada
Tony, born and raised in Dallas, graduated from North Dallas High School. Immediately after graduation he joined the United States Marine Corps Reserve where he was a Lance Corporal. During his time in the marines, Tony was trained as a basic rifleman and specialized in bulk fuel -- making him responsible for maintaining, transferring, and distributing fuel, from jets to hummers. “Adapt, Improvise and Overcome” is a motto in the Corps that he learned and was able apply to in his everyday life. They taught him the importance of preparedness, the ability to anticipate needs, and not quitting until the job is done. Spending so much of his life living in the Dallas area has allowed him to specialize in its real estate market, specifically in the areas of Dallas, Irving, Farmers Branch, Richardson, and Mesquite.
Not only did Tony serve in the Marine Corps Reserves, but he has also managed several different clubs all over Texas, including in Dallas, Abilene, and Lubbock. These experiences taught him conflict resolution, customer service, negotiation, and a wide variety of other important skills, guaranteeing that his clients are in good hands.
Looking for more independence in his working life, Tony chose to change to a career in real estate and chose to make EXIT Realty Elite his real estate home. As the second largest residential real estate company in North America, EXIT provides its agents with a hefty support system, state-of-the-art technology, and some of the best training in the business. EXIT’s intensive training system gives its agents the knowledge, skill, and know-how to guide their clients smoothly through the real estate process.
In his free time, Tony enjoys spending time at his parent’s house with his brother, three sisters, and his many nieces and nephews. He is also passionate about drawing and loves to relax by listening to good music.
